Which CMS do I use for Web Designing?
You guess it right WordPress. WordPress is the CMS that I am comfortable working with and I build any website out of it. Whether it is an E-commerce Website, Subscription Website, Personal Website, Digital Product and Service Websites anything that you want I can do with WP.
I have been using WordPress for more than 6 years and now I am pretty comfortable with it.
CONTINUE USING THE SAME CMS THAT YOU ARE MOST COMFORTABLE WITH.
How much to charge for a Web Designing Project?
This question is tough. You can’t charge the same price for all the projects. It differs from projects to projects and clients to clients. I can easily get a high money ticket designing websites for brands and companies and they will not hesitate to pay as they know the importance of brand presence to customers and it is an important onetime expenditure.
Whereas, a personal website for a local celeb or an online shop for a restaurant will not going to pay the same amount as brands and companies might do and they will go for negotiation.
SO MY ADVICE IS ASK THE REQUIREMENTS FIRST AND THEN DECIDE THE PRICE. JUST FOR REFERENCE, YOU CAN SHOW THE PRICES ON YOUR PORTFOLIO.

List out the details for which you want a website. You may want to start a blogging website, we may want to set up an ecommerce website or a website for your institution.
Calculate the budget that you have and ask to two-three web designer services so that you get the best at the lowest price.
Like in Assam, there is mushrooming of fake web designing companies all over India. If you do not research before approaching a website designing company, you are going to make a hole in your pocket. Most of the web designing companies are expert in looting customers.
Do some research on website topics like domain, hosting/server, CMS, SEO, SMO. This will help you to question them about the services they provide.
